View across the water from Changamwe on the Mombasa mainland (December 2012) towards Mombasa island: a long row of large white fuel and bulk storage tanks and low industrial sheds along the shore, electricity pylons in the foreground and the city’s tower blocks behind. No people. The file description calls it a city skyline; the dominant subject is the industrial waterfront.
